1/9/2020 0 Comments CRAZINESS!!!So over a year ago I read Nine Perfect Strangers by Liane Moriarty. We've read a few of her books in the book club that I'm in, and I've read a lot on my own, as well. As with most books I read, there was a movie in my head the ENTIRE time, and sometimes the characters are played by celebrities, sometimes they're just what my brain creates. In Nine Perfect Strangers, the main character was quickly morphed into Melissa McCarthy, it was the perfect fit. Soon after reading the book, I saw that the announcement that the rights to the book had been bought by a studio. I can't remember which IG account I recall seeing it, but I remember commenting my opinion about the casting decisions (because obviously they were going to read the comments for ideas). This morning, one of the ladies from my book club sent out a text message with the headline that Hulu would be releasing Nine Perfect Strangers and that who other would be casted as Francis? MELISSA FREAKING MCCARTHY!!! YESSSSSSS!!!
If you would like proof, that, yes, this was entirely MY IDEA (joking, great minds think alike) or that I did have this idea when I said I did, I have linked the original website review... https://stayathomecraziness.weebly.com/blog/book-review-nine-perfect-strangers-by-liane-moriarty Guess I'm going to have reinstate my Hulu membership.
