 The House of Last Resort by Christopher GoldenMy rating: 4 of 5 stars This book will make you want to move to Italy and buy a house with a sinister reputation. The pace was perfect and it was properly chilling. Just the perfect spooky read. My only complaint is the constant mental battle of the characters and their acceptance of good and evil forces.
